You will have a direct line of communication with me as I build your project from beginning to end. This includes:

• Whiteboards
• Specifications
• Design documents
• Source code
• Unit tests
• Integration tests (you will have 24-hour access to a staging environment)
• Deploying to a production environment
• Maintenance and monitoring

Software Development Contracting and Sub-Contracting

You are a company looking for an experienced programmer to work on a pre-existing Java product on a contract basis.

You value clean, maintainable code, and you appreciate engineers who keep the business's imperatives at the forefront.

I will work on your project as a 1099 contractor or subcontractor, completing tasks in accordance with professional programming standards, but always cognizant of deadlines and budgets.

Full-time, Corp to Corp Employment

You are a company interested in hiring me on a full-time basis with a corp to corp arrangement.

My agency, LHP Technology Solutions LLC:

• is an independently established business registered in the state of Connecticut.
• possesses its own Federal EIN.
• issues paychecks and W-2 Forms.
• deducts FICA, FUTA, and SUTA from paychecks.
• files all required payroll reports (IRS Form 940s etc.).
• obtains IRS Form I-9.
• currently employs me, Philip Murray.
• possesses General Liability Insurance coverage.
• will not provide similar services to companies other than yours.
